Accuracy & sourcing

HOA and condo rules come from two places: your association's governing documents (declaration/CC&Rs, bylaws, rules) and your state's statutes. Where a legal point is involved, we cite the controlling law and tell you where documents override the default. Laws change — especially the 2026 condo-reserve rules — so we date our pages and update them.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently. We don't sell software or manage communities, and our guidance isn't influenced by any commercial partner.
