Why we exist

Almost every "HOA answer" online is published by a company that wants to sell you management services or software. Useful information, but rarely written for you — the owner trying to understand a fine, or the volunteer treasurer trying to build a budget. We write for the member and the board first, and we say plainly when we don't know or when the answer is "it depends on your documents."

How we keep it honest
